Within this melon variety, in variable ratios, are 3 distinct mini musketeer melons characterized as yellow rind/ivory flesh, ivory rind/ivory flesh and yellow rind/green flesh, occurring at random among the population. This variety has very productive “nests” of fruit (like dinosaur eggs) that mature early into very sweet mini honeydew melons.
